Lucas grew up in Costa Rica’s Central Valley — the Valle del Sol, loved by expats for its comfortable weather, safety, convenience, and community. After a decade in Florida working as a contractor, he returned home and continued investing in real estate, vehicles, and local tourism. Over the years he’s built + sold several homes in Ciudad Colón and knows these towns from the inside out.
